Steve Mullins is non-executive Chairman of Strategic Proposals, an award-winning team of proposal trainers and consultants. He is recognised as one of the leading lights in the procurement world; previous roles include twelve years as Managing Director of PMMS, the leading international purchasing consultancy, and a spells as Group Purchasing Director for NatWest. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply, Steve is a former head of the Centre for Procurement Leadership.
Jon Williams is Managing Director of Strategic Proposals, and has worked on proposal assignments with clients in over 20 countries since establishing the business's UK arm in 2001. Formerly head of Compaq's Strategic Bid Centre, Jon served as the first Chief Executive of UKAPMP. An accredited proposal professional and APMP Approved Trainer, Jon is also a Fellow of APMP. He co-authors
